Shipping, Return and Warranty Questions

  • We are pleased to offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders within the United States.

For international shipments, a flat fee of $200 USD applies. Once your piece is entrusted to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that MARA cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays that may occur in transit and beyond our control.

International orders are subject to destination country’s shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees. The recipient is responsible for all import fees, which will be collected upon delivery.

  • At MARA, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to reflect unparalleled luxury and timeless artistry.

Once your order is confirmed, we begin the creation of your one-of-a-kind ring.

We are proud to offer a complimentary 90-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases made within the United States.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including loose prongs, displaced pavé stones, or setting issues.

Please note: Our warranty does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as surface scratches, bent bands, chipped or cracked stones, or signs of impact. Lost, stolen, or resized items are also not covered.

Repairs needed beyond the 90-day period may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.

To maintain the integrity of your warranty, we kindly advise that no alterations or repairs be performed by third parties, as this will void all coverage.
